Historical Louisiana records show that some KUMI SIX SCENIC products registered by Blue Nine LLC were added as early as September 5, 2025. The state's October 2026 directory continues to identify the relevant products under its FDA exemption category. Some conventional KUMI SCENIC entries were added in June 2026.

Several U.S. state vapor product directories are linked to the federal premarket tobacco product application (PMTA) framework. Historical eligibility provisions in some states refer to August 8, 2016, and September 9, 2020.

Louisiana also provides a special listing mechanism allowing its regulator to include products when manufacturers supply qualifying evidence of a formal FDA exemption from federal premarket application requirements.

The “FDA EXEMPTION” designation is explicitly displayed in Louisiana's directory. Other states use different data fields, while Nebraska's records establish that the 6 SCENIC series is also listed there. Some matching UPCs appear under different registration entities across states.

Shared 22mL, 50,000-Puff Platform Offered in Nicotine and NoNic6 Versions

The KUMI SCENIC portfolio includes the conventional nicotine-salt KUMI SCENIC 50K and the KUMI 6 SCENIC 50K, marketed with a NoNic6 formulation.

According to KUMI's official website, the 6 SCENIC features a visible e-liquid system comprising 7mL of prefilled liquid and a 15mL reservoir, providing a total advertised capacity of 22mL.

The device includes an 850mAh rechargeable battery, digital display, triple-mesh coil system and USB-C charging. The brand advertises up to 50,000 puffs.

U.S. retailer Vape City USA identifies the conventional SCENIC as a 5% nicotine-salt device and the 6 SCENIC as a 5% SFN product. The retailer describes both versions as sharing the same hardware design and similar flavor portfolios.

Midwest Goods separately listed KUMI SCENIC 50K and KUMI 6 SCENIC 50K in its August 28, 2025 inventory update.

The conventional SCENIC was described as a 22mL disposable vape with 5% strength, while the 6 SCENIC was listed as a 22mL, 5% SFN product and described as “Nicotine Free.”

Both versions were offered in five-unit display packs, with a suggested retail price of $19.99 per device.

The wholesaler also labeled both products “Texas Compliant” in its inventory records.

At the retail level, Vape City USA displays starting prices of $17.99 for both models. The channel information reviewed shows similar pricing and flavor configurations for the conventional nicotine-salt and NoNic6 versions.

“Nicotine-Free” Used in Marketing Nicotine-Analogue Products

KUMI uses the names NoNic6 and SFN in marketing the 6 SCENIC 50K. Some U.S. distributors also describe the device as “nicotine-free.”

KUMI's materials associate NoNic6 with 6-methylnicotine, a compound chemically distinct from conventional nicotine but retaining nicotine-like pharmacological activity.

Some nicotine-analogue products have been marketed under proprietary names such as NoNic6 and Metatine, alongside terms including “nicotine-free,” “tobacco-free” and “PMTA-exempt,” emphasizing differences from conventional nicotine or tobacco-derived ingredients.

A review article published online on March 31, 2026, in the American Chemical Society journal Chemical Research in Toxicology examined the chemistry, toxicology and marketing of nicotine-analogue products, including those sold under the KUMI, Spree Bar and Outlaw Dip brands.

The review documented proprietary product names such as NoNic6 and Metatine, along with marketing terms including “tobacco-free” and “PMTA-exempt.” It also discussed the nicotine-like pharmacological activity of 6-MN and research identifying discrepancies between labeled concentrations and measured contents in some nicotine-analogue products.

Midwest Goods' August 28, 2025 inventory update provides a commercial example: it described KUMI 6 SCENIC as “SFN Nicotine Free,” listing it separately from the conventional nicotine-salt model.

Products Marketed in 2025 Continue to Appear in 2026 State Directories

Both KUMI SCENIC 50K versions had reached U.S. wholesale listings by August 2025. The two formulations subsequently appeared in state vapor product directories.

The KUMI 6 SCENIC series has been identified in at least Louisiana and Nebraska, with Louisiana's latest directory explicitly classifying 20 related entries as “FDA EXEMPTION.”

KUMI's SCENIC platform thus combines conventional nicotine-salt and NoNic6 formulations in similarly specified devices, with the 6-MN version represented in multiple state product directories.

Global Nicotine-Pouch E-Commerce Group Haypp Shuts Sweden’s Snusnetto Over Age Verification as Identity Checks Become Industry Infrastructure for New Nicotine Products
Sweden's Supreme Administrative Court has declined to hear an appeal over age verification for tobacco and nicotine products collected from parcel lockers, leaving in place a lower-court ruling that geo-located BankID verification is insufficient to securely verify the actual recipient. Haypp Group has stopped tobacco and nicotine sales through Snusnetto and is deploying a new system across its other Swedish e-commerce sites to verify the age of the person who actually opens the locker and receives the shipment. The change comes as age verification across next-generation nicotine products expands from purchase checks into retail, delivery and, for some e-cigarettes, device access itself.
