Breaking: Smoore Shares Fall More Than 16% Intraday in Morning Trade After Results Release, Investor Presentation
Smoore International (6969.HK) released its 2025 results on March 17 and held an investor presentation on the morning of March 18. In morning trade on March 18, the company’s shares fell more than 16% intraday, hitting a low of HK$9.94.

Shares of Smoore International Holdings Ltd. (6969.HK) fell more than 16% intraday in morning trade on March 18, one day after the company released its 2025 annual results and on the same morning it held an investor presentation.

 

As of 11:08 a.m. Beijing time on March 18, Smoore shares were trading at HK$10.15, down HK$1.75, or 14.71%, from the previous close, according to a market screenshot reviewed by 2Firsts. The stock opened at HK$12.08 and fell to an intraday low of HK$9.94 during the morning session, after closing at HK$11.90 on March 17.

Smoore released its results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, on March 17. According to the company’s results announcement, revenue rose 20.8% year on year to RMB14.256 billion, while net profit fell 18.5% to RMB1.062 billion.

 

The company held an investor presentation on the morning of March 18.

 

2Firsts previously reported that Smoore’s adjusted net profit for 2025 rose 1.3% year on year to RMB1.53 billion. The company also reported a proposed final dividend of HK$0.20 per ordinary share for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.
