According to NEOSMO (ネオスモ), BAT Japan will introduce two new flavours under its VELO nicotine pouch (oral tobacco) brand: VELO Smooth Peppermint Medium and VELO Breezy Mango Intense.

NEOSMO said Smooth Peppermint Medium is positioned as a beginner-friendly, refreshing option, combining a sweet peppermint aroma with a light cooling sensation. The product is labelled at 4 mg nicotine strength, with 15 pouches per can, and carries a suggested retail price of 360 yen (about $2.3).

Breezy Mango Intense, meanwhile, highlights a ripe mango aroma blended with tropical notes of passion fruit and orange, and is described as delivering a stronger kick than the “Medium” range. It is labelled at 6 mg nicotine strength, also with 15 pouches per can, and the same suggested retail price of 360 yen (about $2.3).

The two products are scheduled to go on sale from Feb. 2, 2026, via the official glo & VELO online store, glo Store Ginza, and tobacco retailers nationwide, NEOSMO reported. It added that glo Store Ginza offers trials of VELO products in the “Medium” strength category, while the brand’s website is also promoting trial initiatives.
