The Attorney General’s office said it will maintain and make publicly available a directory listing all manufacturers of nicotine-containing electronic cigarettes, along with brand names, product categories, product names, and flavors for which certification forms have been submitted and approved. The directory will be posted on the Attorney General’s website by June 20, 2026.

The report also said that Pennsylvania’s Vape Directory requires certification of all electronic nicotine delivery systems, including any component for which the U.S. Food and Drug Administration requires submission of a Premarket Tobacco Product Application.

Attorney General says the law provides seizure and cost-recovery tools

According to the Attorney General’s office, forms, information, and other materials are available online to help e-cigarette manufacturers and vendors comply with Act 57 of 2025.

Attorney General Dave Sunday said the legislature has provided his office with a range of enforcement tools, including significant penalties, authority to seize unlisted products, and the ability to recover costs from illegal actors, which he said would help keep such products from being marketed in Pennsylvania.
