DTI's OSMV releases list of approved e-cigarette and heated tobacco product importers with PS licenses till 2024.

Recently, the Special Authority Office for Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products (OSMV) under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in the Philippines published a list of companies that have registered PS permits valid until December 27, 2024.

The list released this time includes three categories: "e-cigarette products", "heated tobacco products", and "suspended brands".

Among them, the 6 e-cigarette importers that have already obtained PS licenses include: X-Vape Tech Inc., Infinity Vapor Group Inc., Phantom Vape Group, INC., ODSI Assured Systems and Services Corp., One Tech Ventures OPC, and Aerogin Consumer Electronics Trading Corp. These involve 7 e-cigarette brands: X-VAPE, TOMORO, VAGEND, PHANTOM VAPE, RELX, ONE BAR, and KLIQ, TRUEZ & DON BARS.


Three importers of heated tobacco products have already obtained their PS licenses, including Paris Tobacco Company Inc., PMFTC Inc., and Royal Connections, Inc. These importers are involved in the distribution of six heated tobacco brands: HUNN, TEREAT & HEETS, BLENDS, BONDS BY IQOS, TEREAT, and IQOS.


One importer, SHFT Electronic Gadgets Trading OPC, has temporarily halted the sales of two e-cigarette brands, CHILLAX and SHFT.
