British American Tobacco (BAT) Japan will introduce its first Valentine’s-season limited-edition colourway, “Rose Quartz,” for the glo Hilo heated tobacco device lineup, covering both the glo Hilo and glo Hilo Plus. The devices are priced at JPY 3,980 (about $25.2) and JPY 6,980 (about $44.1), respectively, and will go on sale via official channels from Feb. 9. BAT Japan will also launch a new glo Hilo-compatible virto tobacco stick variant, “virto Bright Cherry Click,” on Feb. 2.

According to NEOSMO, British American Tobacco (BAT) Japan will launch its first Valentine’s-season limited-edition colourway, “Rose Quartz,” for the glo Hilo heated tobacco device series, covering both the glo Hilo and glo Hilo Plus models. At the same time, the glo Hilo-compatible tobacco stick brand virto will introduce a new flavour, “virto Bright Cherry Click,” priced at JPY 580 (about $3.7).

NEOSMO said glo is positioning the Rose Quartz colourway for the Valentine’s shopping season, highlighting a translucent pearl-pink finish and a soft, glossy sheen.

 

Including tax, the limited-edition devices are priced at JPY 3,980 for glo Hilo and JPY 6,980 for glo Hilo Plus. The package includes the device, a USB cable, and a user manual.

 

In terms of distribution, the products will go on sale first on Feb. 9 via the official glo online store and glo Store Ginza, with availability expanding from Feb. 16 to the official glo Yahoo! store, official glo Rakuten store, Amazon, and offline retail channels such as nationwide convenience stores.

 

The same report also said the virto stick lineup for glo Hilo will add a new flavour, “Bright Cherry Click.”

The flavour combines light-roasted tobacco with a balanced mixed red-berry (mix red berry) note, and uses a click capsule that can be crushed to intensify a juicy, refreshing fruit character. The suggested retail price is JPY 580 (about $3.7), and sales channels include the official glo&VELO online store, glo Store Ginza, and nationwide convenience stores.
