2Firsts, December 8, 2025 – China Boton Group Company Limited (Stock Code: 3318) has requested a temporary suspension of trading in its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) effective from 9 a.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025.

 

According to the company, the halt was made pending the release of an announcement in relation to a “very substantial disposal” under the HKEX Listing Rules. The notice was issued under the name of Wang Mingfan, Chairman of the Board.
