Yinghe: Will Disclose Info on Sikary Share Acquisition
Yinghe Technology said that if the company plans to purchase the remaining shares of Sikary, it will strictly fulfill its information disclosure obligations in accordance with laws, regulations, and disclosure requirements.

Recently, an investor inquired through an interactive platform about Yinghe Technology (300457.SZ): "Your subsidiary company, Sikary e-cigarette, has been profitable. Have you considered purchasing the remaining shares?


In response, Yinghe Technology stated that if the company has any relevant plans, it will strictly comply with legal regulations and disclosure requirements to fulfill its disclosure obligations.
