Meeting between Chinese State Tobacco Monopoly Administration and Australian Border Force Deputy Commissioner
State Tobacco Monopoly Administration executives meet with Australian Border Force officials in Beijing on May 6 for friendly discussions.

On May 6th, Zhang Jianmin, Party Secretary and Director of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, and General Manager of China Tobacco Corporation, met with a delegation from the Australian Border Force, led by Deputy Commissioner Tim Fitzgerald, in Beijing. The two sides engaged in friendly discussions.

 

Han Zhanwu, a member of the party group of the National Bureau and deputy director, met together.

 

Officials from the State Administration of Foreign Affairs Office, the Supervision and Administration Department of Tobacco Monopoly, the Office of e-cigarette Management, and the head of China Tobacco International Group Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.

 

Tim Fitzgerald was appointed as Deputy Commissioner National Operations for the Australian Border Force (ABF) on 17 November 2022.
