As a disposable e-cigarette product, RELX DIVA features a 20 mL e-liquid capacity and is rated at approximately 30,000 puffs, which translates to about 1,500 puffs per milliliter.

RELX DIVA is available in 0.98% and 1.98% nicotine strengths. Under commonly referenced standards in South Korea, e-liquid nicotine concentration is generally capped at <20 mg/mL (≈2%). The device is equipped with a 750 mAh rechargeable battery, uses a Dual Mesh coil, and supports two power modes—BOOST/ECO—at approximately 16W/13W.

On South Korean channel websites, RELX DIVA has disclosed four flavors. Each flavor is labeled with three sensory dimensions—당도 (sweetness), 타격감 (throat hit/impact), and 쿨링감 (cooling effect)—with intensity differences represented by dot indicators.

The study says the illicit market is worth EUR 6.6 billion in 2026 and is projected to rise to EUR 10.8 billion by 2030. It adds that a significant share of the disposable vape market now operates outside the regulatory framework established by the EU Tobacco Products Directive.
