Shen Zhulin was appointed as Deputy Director of the National Data Bureau. Lu Jie was appointed as Deputy Director of the National Tobacco Monopoly Bureau. Ma Bing was appointed as Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of China. Liu Dongshun was appointed as Director of the Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission.
Chen Chunjiang dismissed from his position as Assistant Minister of Commerce; Yan Jun dismissed from his position as Deputy Director of the State Administration for Market Regulation; Ma Jianhua dismissed from his position as Director of the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission.
