Additionally, PDQ has a branch in Shenzhen, known as PDQ (Shenzhen) International Logistics Co., Ltd., with Dai Liuqiang as the legal representative, established on May 20, 2018.

According to the informant, some of the confiscated products have been transferred to warehouses designated by the Philippine government. He personally went to the designated warehouse and found it almost filled with confiscated e-cigarettes.

The informant also stated that some individuals informed him that FLAVA might have retrieved some products through bribing the police and continued to sell them to distributors.
