According to information from the PDQ official website obtained by 2FIRSTS, PDQ Logistics Inc. is a local freight forwarding and brokerage company in the Philippines, providing services such as sea and air freight, customs clearance, door-to-door and port-to-port services, transportation, and customs certification with partner agents for local and international logistics businesses. Additionally, PDQ has a branch in Shenzhen, known as PDQ (Shenzhen) International Logistics Co., Ltd., with Dai Liuqiang as the legal representative, established on May 20, 2018.

According to reports from Philippine media, a large quantity of FLAVA products was confiscated by the Philippine government on February 29th and March 18th. The informant revealed that the products in the aforementioned warehouse are suspected to be the goods confiscated from FLAVA. According to the informant, some of the confiscated products have been transferred to warehouses designated by the Philippine government. He personally went to the designated warehouse and found it almost filled with confiscated e-cigarettes.

The informant also stated that some individuals informed him that FLAVA might have retrieved some products through bribing the police and continued to sell them to distributors.

2FIRSTS will continue to monitor the e-cigarette regulation events in the Philippines. Stay tuned for updates.
