According to the updated trade data from the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, 2FIRSTS has compiled the e-cigarette export data from China to Kazakhstan in September 2023. The details are as follows:

Exports reached approximately $6.14 million, showing a sequential growth of 111.17% but a year-on-year decrease of 51.44%.

The export volume is estimated at approximately 55.5 metric tons, showing a decline of 8.05% compared to the previous period and a significant decrease of 83.85% compared to the same period last year.

The average export unit price was $110.64 per kilogram, with a monthly increase of 129.65% and a year-on-year increase of 200.60%. The average price for "e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporizers" was $55.3 per unit.

Among them, "e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporizers" accounted for 84.3% of the export category, while "nicotine-containing non-combustible products that do not contain tobacco or reconstituted tobacco" accounted for 15.7%.

According to data from Statista, it is predicted that the revenue of the e-cigarette market in Kazakhstan will reach $62.6 million by 2023. The market is expected to grow annually at a compound annual growth rate of 6.61% from 2023 to 2028. When considering the per capita calculation, the average e-cigarette consumption per person in Kazakhstan in 2023 is estimated to be $3.98. The popularity of e-cigarettes in Kazakhstan is increasing year by year, with more and more consumers starting to use them.
