Renowned singer Dua Lipa confirmed on a TV show that she has successfully quit smoking, marking a personal milestone.

Famous singer Dua Lipa confirmed that she has completely quit smoking during her appearance on a show, according to reports from foreign media outlet Dailytimes. This marks a significant personal milestone for her.

 

Dua Lipa proudly told late-night show host Seth Meyers, "I used to smoke... but I have quit, I've successfully quit," emphasizing her determination to lead a smoke-free life.

 

As for the specific time when Dua Lipa started smoking remains unknown, but a bout of pharyngitis in December 2019 became a pivotal moment for her decision to quit smoking for her upcoming tour. In her podcast, "Your Service," the renowned artist later revealed, "I had a bout of pharyngitis in December, which pushed me to quit smoking a month early. Although it should have been a month later than now, I managed to do it and have since stayed committed.
