ELFBAR, one of the major players in the Russian vape market, was seen compliant with the system.
In the picture below, the first label is ELFBAR's anti-counterfeit QR code, the third being the Honest Mark.
The TE5000 series, with 5000 puff counts, are sold at 1149 rubles ($14.67).
