Endexx's Record-Breaking Success Through HYLA International Orders

This plant-based health and skincare product company credits its record-breaking success to a combination of international purchase orders for HYLA e-cigarettes from Italy, Dubai, and other places. Earlier this year, Endexx acquired HYLA US Holdco, which produces and distributes organic, all-natural, nicotine-free e-cigarette products.

Furthermore, the company's CBD pain relief products and men's skincare line have started selling on Amazon in 13 countries or regions. In the United States, these two products are available at four of the country's top eight retailers: Amazon, as well as Walgreens, Target, and CVS stores.

We exceeded our expectations in the acquisition of HYLA, generating revenue that exceeded the cash expenditure for the purchase," stated Todd Davis, the CEO, in a released statement.

We believe that HYLA's powerful distribution network, combined with our growing influence in the US retail industry, will continue to yield profits beyond this quarter and create regular opportunities for breaking records. We will continue to expand market share across all categories and anticipate exciting new updates for our three product lines in the coming quarters.

According to the company, HYLA's demand for its natural ingredients, including guarana and L-DOPA, as well as feedback on excellent experiences and varieties, has been very popular.

Endexx, through its operating division CBD Unlimited, designs and distributes all-natural CBD products derived from the cannabis plant, with THC levels below 0.1%. These products include oils, capsules, topicals, and pet products, all with a shared goal of therapeutic and pain relief benefits.
