Jonas Lundevist stated that, due to a long-standing tobacco tradition, the Scandinavian Peninsula has established a cluster of nicotine pouch markets. Market research shows that the popularity of nicotine pouches is on the rise, with an increasing number of available brands and growing involvement from retailers and related businesses. Though undeveloped markets currently do not show market activity, numerous markets with high smoking rates and large populations will become important markets for nicotine pouches in the future.
