FEELM Showcases New Battery Tech 'TOPOWER' at Dubai expo
FEELM showcased new technology at the World Vape Show in Dubai addressing flavours and battery life.

From June 21st to 23rd, the WORLD VAPE SHOW took place at the Dubai World Trade Center. 2FIRSTS delved into the event, focusing on key participating companies and conducting in-depth interviews to report first-hand market information gathered at the exhibition in a timely manner.

At the exhibition, 2FIRSTS had an interview with the booth staff from FEELM, a brand under Smoore. He introduced the latest FEELM Max disposable solution, the TOPOWER battery technology, and mentioned that more than 20 e-cigarette manufacturers using FEELM technology have participated in the  dubai exhibition.

New technology, solving 2 major pain points in the industry

Firstly, he stated that in order to address consumers' desire for more diverse vaping experiences which small-capacity brands are unable to satisfy, FEELM has introduced a new solution that complies with TPD regulations, offering 2 milliliters and 800 puffs. TOPOWER, a disposable vape technology designed for larger capacity vaping, was also showcased at the exhibition, providing tailored solutions for manufacturers.

In May, FEELM launched a new upgraded solution called FEELM Max at the e-cigarette expo in Birmingham, UK. This solution allows for a higher number of puffs, breaking through the previous limit of 600 puffs per 2ml of e-liquid to now reach 800 puffs, achieving the optimal balance between flavor and puff count.

In addition to improving the technology for small, disposable products, FEELM's TOPOWER technology directly solves the problem of battery life for larger, multi-use products, allowing them to truly be "disposable and not require charging.

The technology introduces a constant power battery core system that increases battery capacity by 30% compared to the standard volume. The battery's decay rate is less than 3% within a year and less than 1% within six months. It can support at least 6,000 uses without being charged. Additionally, the technology effectively avoids the issue of inconsistent taste and ensures uniformity, allowing consumers to enjoy the same taste with every bite.

Anchoring Head Brands

He informed 2FIRSTS that at the Dubai exhibition, FEELM had over 20 disposable e-cigarette clients, representing more than 10% of the total number of exhibitors.

He believes that multiple brand manufacturers exhibiting together can better showcase technology and brand.

"On one hand, we are working together to showcase their brand and exhibit our technology. On the other hand, distributors can discover quality brand partners and if they require better technical support, the brand companies will recommend us. This is actually a win-win process."

He gave examples, stating that globally renowned brands such as HEXA, OS VAPE, AROMA KING, KIWI, and RELX have launched disposable products with FEELM Max solutions incorporated into ceramic cores, which are currently highly sought-after by consumers worldwide.

The mass commercialization of FEELM Max has arrived, which will further drive innovation and development in the market of disposable electronic vaporization products. FEELM is also striving to balance resources among different brands in various markets.

Expanding into the Middle Eastern market and exploring new technologies.

Finally, he also discussed the characteristics of the Middle East market and FEELM's strategy for this market.

In regards to this exhibition, he compared the differences between it and the e-cigarette exhibition in Birmingham, UK.

"The overall scale of the exhibition will actually be much larger than Birmingham's. The event format and its diverse style will be quite innovative."

In addition, he is eagerly anticipating the e-cigarette exhibition in Dubai and approaches it with a positive attitude. Dubai has a large number of channel distributors, agents, and professionals in the industry, making e-cigarette development very fast. FEELM hopes to find more opportunities with customers through this exhibition and explore different market expansion strategies for different markets.

The basis for making a decision lies in one major characteristic of Dubai in the Middle Eastern market: its strong ability to radiate influence.

"The Middle East is actually a bit of a strategic battleground as it can radiate towards Europe and also towards the United States, making it a crucial location."

He stated that FEELM will select high-quality clients from either a third-party perspective or a technology platform perspective.

"We will first discuss and then expand to other markets. If the client does not have such a demand, and only wants to focus on the Middle East market, we will also analyze with them."

He emphasized FEELM's future goals of continuously advancing the industry by actively deploying new technologies and solutions, helping clients provide more and better solutions, and expanding into broader global markets. Additionally, they are actively listening to consumer feedback and proactively laying the groundwork for cutting-edge technology to provide consumers with better options.
