Krystal Fan first reviewed the origins of the Wangguan Cigar brand. She introduced that the story of Wangguan Cigar began as early as 1890 when tobacco was introduced to Mengcheng, Anhui. During the late Qing Dynasty, senior official Li Hongzhang visited Europe and America, bringing back custom cigars to China. He personally instructed local craftsmen to replicate them, creating the "official gift famous cigar" and laying the foundation for Chinese-style cigars. In 1978, in response to the wave of reform and opening up, the Wangguan Cigar brand was officially established with the market positioning of being the "representative brand of Chinese-style cigars," carrying on and rejuvenating the century-old tobacco culture.

During her speech at the event, she elaborated on the brand philosophy of Wangguan Cigars, specifically mentioning its spiritual connection with the "Laozi philosophy". She pointed out that Wangguan Cigars draws inspiration from the Eastern wisdom of "the way of nature, the unity of heaven and man", advocating a lifestyle of following one's heart and being carefree, reflecting a fusion of Chinese philosophy and contemporary aesthetics.

When discussing product development, she introduced the brand's commitment to heritage craftsmanship - adhering to the traditional concept of "seven parts material, three parts technique". The Wangguan Cigar team carefully selects tobacco leaves from quality production areas around the world and strictly adheres to 23 grading standards, aiming to ensure product stability and excellence in every step of the process.

She introduced the "four main blends" of Wangguan cigars on site:

·Gentleman Series: With the core concept of "gentlemanly demeanor," it conveys the restrained and self-sustaining Eastern temperament;

·National Essence Series: Integrating Peking Opera art with cigar craftsmanship, showcasing the cross-border collision of traditional culture and modern craftsmanship;

·Holiday Series: Designed for young people, focusing on a relaxed and enjoyable consumer experience;

·Classic Series: Carrying the brand's tradition, reflecting the historical heritage and iconic style of Wangguan Cigars.

She further introduced that Wangguan Cigars features "three-stage natural flavor fusion," achieving flavor balance and quality enhancement through "harmonious coordination of the five senses.

In terms of marketing, she mentioned that Wang Guan Cigar has established a nationwide "terminal integrated marketing" network covering key cities and is interacting with consumers through diversified social activities. For example, online interactive activities, live broadcasts, video sharing, and offline cultural promotion and tasting experiences are conducted to enhance the connection between the brand and users.

Finally, Krystal Fan emphasized that Wangguan Cigars always focuses on product quality and uses cultural storytelling as the core strategy for brand communication. She stated that Wangguan Cigars is determined to constantly improve quality and uphold cultural heritage.

During the exchange session, the guests discussed the opportunities and challenges of the cross-border development of Chinese cigars. They believe that with the increasing demand for high-end cigars by domestic consumers and the growing interest in Chinese cigars in overseas markets, cigar consumption is expected to become a new economic growth point.
