JTI Korea CEO David Wheeler addresses staff, highlighting company achievements, future plans, and adaptive strategies in response to market changes.

According to N.News report on October 14th, David Wheeler, the CEO of Japan Tobacco International (JTI) in Korea, delivered a speech to employees, sharing the company's achievements and future plans.

Weiler mentioned, "Organizations need to change with the changing market environment." Therefore, JTI Korea reorganized its sales team in October of this year to better adapt to this change. In addition, the company will launch heated tobacco products by the end of this year to expand the options for existing adult smokers in Korea.

JTI Korea will be holding a new product press conference at the end of this month. In addition, the company also plans to continue expanding its cigarette product line to meet the diverse preferences of consumers.

Weber emphasizes the need to seize opportunities in the wave of change, by focusing on consumer-centric management and building a more advanced JTI Korea. He also calls on employees to actively adapt to the constantly changing market environment and provide high-quality products and services that meet consumer expectations.
