Lost Mary Responds to Accusations of Nicotine Presence in Nicotine-Free Products
In response to an investigation by British media outlet LBC revealing nicotine content in products advertised as nicotine-free, Lost Mary denies selling the implicated product, the Lost Mary BM3500, in the UK and stresses its commitment to fighting counterfeit vaping products.

Lost Mary, the brand associated with one of the products highlighted in an LBC investigation as containing nicotine despite being advertised as nicotine-free has responded. The investigation found nicotine in several Amazon-listed products, including Blue Razz Ice Lost Mary BM3500 and Fizzy Cherry ENE Legend.

A Lost Mary representative claimed that the brand strictly regulates its distribution channels across different regions and does not sell the Lost Mary BM3500 in the UK. They emphasized that their official dealers must abide by Lost Mary's dealer guidelines and local regulations.

The Lost Mary spokesperson said: "Unfortunately, replicas and counterfeits are ubiquitous." The company promises to take all measures to combat counterfeit e-cigarettes, including employing advanced technology, cooperating with authorities, and establishing an intelligence file on counterfeit products. Lost Mary products bear custom safety codes, which customers can use to verify the authenticity of the products on its official website.

In addition, Lost Mary collaborates with authorities, helping regulatory departments shut down numerous counterfeit factories. The company promises to maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal distribution and counterfeit products.
