Recently, a major criminal case occurred in Hanoi, Vietnam, as reported by Thanh Nien, a Vietnamese media outlet. The suspect is believed to have illegally sold drugs hidden in e-liquid containing various spices, primarily targeting students and teenagers.

The police confiscated over 3500 e-cigarettes filled with e-liquid laced with drugs, as well as 84 liters of poisonous liquid, a machine containing synthetic drugs in its e-liquid, approximately 300 boxes of equipment capable of assembling over 10,000 e-cigarettes, and various chemical solvents, raw materials, accessories, boxes, labels, and other materials used for the production and packaging of e-cigarettes.

According to reports, the suspect has been targeting students and teenagers for an extended period. The suspect has been using social media platforms to advertise products that claim to provide energy-boosting effects, but do not contain any illegal substances.
