Asian International New Tobacco Expo (ANTY EXPO) held in Malaysia, showcasing large pod system products dominating the market.

Recently, the Asian International New Tobacco Expo (ANTY EXPO) was held at the MIECC exhibition center in Malaysia. Through observations at the expo and market surveys, 2Firsts found that in the Malaysian market, high-capacity pod systems are the mainstream products.

Several e-cigarette brands, including popular ones like ELFBAR, YOOZ, SMOK, and VOOPOO, showcased large pod-based products at the trade show.

Here are some of the large caliber revolving firearm products exhibited at the ANTY EXPO trade show.

In addition, 2Firsts observed during visits to e-cigarette retail stores in Malaysia that prominently displayed on the shelves were a large number of pod systems, such as products from e-cigarette brands SNOWWOLF, VAPECAM, AKSO, and CARABAT.

Here are five commonly used large capacity, quick-change magazine products discovered during a visit by 2Firsts.

When asked about the best-selling e-cigarette products at retail stores, multiple employees mentioned that Vapetape Unplug, a product under ASDF, sells the best. The company was established in 2022, and all products are locally produced in Malaysia. Industry insiders told 2Firsts that the product has significant sales, and retailers are often required to "bundle sales" when purchasing, meaning they must also buy other products from ASDF in order to purchase Vapetape Unplug.

The SNOWWOLF brand of e-cigarette offers a large-capacity pod system with an intelligent touch screen, supporting up to 16,000 puffs. The magnetic back cover allows for easy replacement of the pod.

VAPECAM's products are high-volume large-capacity replacement pod products with a high shelf rate. This pod system product, which resembles a camera in appearance, can support 12,000 puffs. The device components and pods are sold separately, giving consumers the option to mix and match different colors.

In addition to the exhibition site and offline stores, 2Firsts observed that in Malaysia's online channels for e-cigarettes, a significant number of pod-based systems also occupied a prominent position. For example, on the homepage bestsellers list of the Malaysian e-cigarette retail website DOPE VAPE, several pod-based systems were featured.

According to industry insiders, the popularity of disposable e-cigarettes in the Malaysian market can be attributed to their high cost-effectiveness and their alignment with the local consumers' spending habits.

2Firsts will continue to monitor the development trends of the e-cigarette industry in Southeast Asia and bring the latest market updates.
