Shunho Group: Cooperation with China Tobacco Subsidiaries on HNB
Recently, Shunho Shares responded to investors' queries, revealing that its subsidiaries in Hainan FTZ and Cambodia factory have not started production yet.

Recently, Shunho Group responded to investors' inquiries on the investor interactive platform. The company stated that its subsidiaries in the Hainan Free Trade Zone and the Cambodia factory have not yet started production and sales. At the same time, the company has a research and development partnership with a subsidiary of China Tobacco on the HNBe-cigarette product.

 

Investors have inquired about the production and sales situation of Low Temperature HNB Non-Tobacco Plant Granule Nebulization Bombs at the subsidiary of the Hainan Free Trade Zone, as well as the production and sales situation of the Cambodia factory and related cooperation.

 

Regarding the situation of the subsidiary of the Hainan Free Trade Zone, Shunho Group responded that operations are currently normal, but production and sales have not yet begun. As for the factory in Cambodia, the company stated that external sales have not yet started.

 

Investors are also concerned about the cooperation between the company and subsidiaries of China Tobacco on HNB e-cigarette products, as well as any related patent advantages. The company has stated that there is ongoing research and development cooperation, and will disclose more information in subsequent periodic reports.

 

Shunho Group responded that it is currently cooperating with a subsidiary of China Tobacco on the research and development of HNBe-cigarette products.
