China's Exports of E-Cigarettes to Japan Decrease Significantly in November 2023
China's e-cigarette exports to Japan in November 2023 fell by 30.55% compared to the previous month, according to updated trade data by China Customs.

According to the latest trade data from the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, 2FIRSTS has analyzed the e-cigarette exports from China to Japan in November 2023. The details are as follows:

The export volume amounted to approximately $13.27 million, marking a sequential decrease of 30.55% and a year-on-year decline of 69.35%.

The export volume decreased by about 91 tons, representing a 33.64% decline compared to the previous period and a 66.25% decline compared to the same period last year.

The export unit price of e-cigarettes was $145 per kilogram, increasing by 4.66% compared to the previous period but decreasing by 9.20% compared to the same period last year. The average price of "personal electronic vaporizers such as e-cigarettes" was $31.5 per device.

Among them, "e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporizers" accounted for 0.97% of the export category, while "non-combustible products containing nicotine without tobacco or reconstituted tobacco" accounted for 99.03%.
