According to a report by Sigmagazine on March 25, the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency has shut down 934 websites engaged in the illegal sale of e-cigarette e-liquid products or tax evasion.

Recently, a total of 15 new websites have been added to the blacklist. These websites must make changes on their own before April 5th, removing illegal products and content, or they will face permanent website shutdown.

The Turin court has simultaneously released new regulations prohibiting the promotion of e-cigarette products through commercial discounts, flyers, or in-store posters. Websites may display the technical features or flavor profiles of the devices, but subjective comments or statements designed to attract consumer curiosity or attention are not allowed. Websites that violate this regulation will be banned and blocked.
