KT&G Company Receives Presidential Award for Social Contributions
KT&G, a South Korean private company, receives presidential recognition for donating 11.2 billion KRW and promoting social justice.

On August 28, KT&G Corporation was honored by the President of the Republic of Korea for its significant contributions to social justice. The company was recognized during a commendation ceremony for its remarkable donation of 11.2 billion Korean won over the past 25 years.

 

The award ceremony, led by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, aims to honor institutions and individuals who have made contributions to the development and progress of the national legal system.

 

KT&G remains the solitary private corporation amongst this year's roster of candidates.

China Tobacco International (HK) Company Limited announced its audited results for the year ended December 31, 2025. Revenue was HK$14.58 billion, profit before taxation was HK$1.28 billion, and profit attributable to owners of the Company was HK$0.98 billion, with basic and diluted EPS of HK$1.42. The Board proposed a final dividend of HK$0.33 per share; together with an interim dividend of HK$0.19 per share, the full-year dividend totaled HK$0.52 per share.
