March: China's E-Cigarette Exports Totaling $825 Million, Decrease by 16% YoY
China's e-cigarette exports in March 2024 totaled approximately $825 million, a 15.97% decrease compared to last year.

On April 22, the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China updated the export trade data of e-cigarettes for March 2024. The data shows that in March, China's total e-cigarette export value amounted to approximately $825 million, a year-on-year decrease of 15.97%; with an export volume of 18,371 tons, a year-on-year increase of 2.66%.

In March, the total export volume of e-cigarettes was approximately 826 million US dollars, with a month-on-month increase of 29.14% and a year-on-year decrease of 15.97%.

The export volume is about 18,371 tons, which increased by 30.89% compared to the previous period and 2.66% compared to the same period last year.

The export unit price is $44.99 per kilogram, a decrease of 1.33% month-on-month and 18.15% year-on-year; the average price of "e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporization devices" is $5.73 per unit.

Among them, "e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporization devices" accounted for 26.92% of the export categories, while "products not containing tobacco or reconstituted tobacco, containing nicotine for non-combustible use" accounted for 73.08%.
