
According to a recent report by the Journal Star, Noxx Pharmacy and Cloud 9 Pharmacy will be opening two new branches in East Peoria, Illinois, United States.
According to Ty Livingston, the Director of Development and Planning Department of the city, NOXX Pharmacy plans to open a store on 300 South Main Street by the end of the year. Additionally, Cloud 9 branded pharmacy is also aiming to establish a branch at 458 West Camp Street in the first three months of 2024.
NOXX Pharmacy, headquartered in Michigan, already has two storefronts in Grand Rapids. The forthcoming opening in East Peoria will mark the brand's first establishment in Illinois. On the other hand, Cloud 9 already has stores in Champaign and Edwardsville, with plans to open new locations in Oswego and East Peoria.
The only operating pharmacy in the city of Dong Pioria currently is the NuEra pharmacy located at 504 Riverside Drive. The opening of the new NOXX and Cloud 9 pharmacies will bring the total number of marijuana dispensaries allowed to operate in the city to its maximum limit of three.
