New "TEREA" Pod Flavors Launched by Philip Morris Japan
Philip Morris Japan introduces new "TEREA" pod flavors for IQOS, aiming to create a smoke-free society, available nationwide.

According to Walkerplus on September 3, 2024, Philip Morris International (PMI) Japan (Philip Morris Japan) has launched the "IQOS ILUMA i" and "IQOS ILUMA" series of specialty pods "TEREA" with new flavors, including the "TEREA Hybrid Pearl Green Fruits" and "TEREA Hybrid Pearl Smooth Mint", aiming to achieve a "smoke-free society.


The new product was launched on August 28, 2024, at the IQOS online store and seven IQOS stores nationwide (Sapporo, Ginza, Nagoya, Umeda, Shinsaibashi, Hiroshima, Fukuoka), and will be fully available at all IQOS stores and branches, convenience stores, etc. starting on September 2, 2024. This product comes in packs of 20, priced at 580 yen (3.98 USD) each.


Staff at Philip Morris International (PMI) Japan introduced Hybrid Pearl Green Fruits as the first pod product with bursting beads in their regular product line. The flavor base is a mix of tobacco, and bursting the bead allows users to experience a green fruit aroma with a hint of mint. Hybrid Pearl Smooth Mint, also based on a tobacco flavor, releases a fragrant mint flavor when the bead is crushed.
