Philip Morris International (PMI) leases 150,000 square feet warehouse near Denver International Airport to support ZYN expansion.

·Location and facilities: The warehouse is located near Denver International Airport, close to a $600 million manufacturing center. 

·Business expansion: The lease is aimed at accelerating recruitment, meeting external storage needs, and helping with the start of production by the end of the year.

 

 

According to Costar reports, on August 29, 2025, Philip Morris International (PMI) recently leased a new warehouse in Aurora, Colorado in the United States for the expansion of its smoke-free nicotine pouch brand, ZYN. The warehouse is approximately 150,000 square feet (14,000 square meters) and is located in the Sun Empire Industrial Park near Denver International Airport.

 

PMI spokesperson Sam Dashiell stated in a statement, "We are leasing this space to support our expedited recruitment strategy and meet external storage needs.

 

According to sources, the warehouse is only a few kilometers away from the large-scale manufacturing center project for ZYN nicotine pouches, which was previously invested in by PMI with 600 million dollars. The project is expected to start production by the end of 2025.
