Polish Police Penalize Shopkeeper for Selling E-Cigarettes to Minors
A 53-year-old shopkeeper in Mazowiecki, Poland was fined 1000 złoty for selling an e-cigarette to a minor.

According to reports, the police in Mazowiecki, Poland received two reports from a parent regarding their underage daughter successfully purchasing an e-cigarette at a local store. Following an investigation, the police confirmed the parent's claims.

 

A 53-year-old salesperson has been fined 1000 Zloty (approximately RMB 1700) for selling e-cigarettes to minors.

 

According to the Health Protection Act regarding the consequences of tobacco and tobacco products usage, it is prohibited to sell tobacco products to individuals under the age of 18.
