Leveraging the TPE Expo in Las Vegas, CFU 11F team shared their latest insights and the new trend of the USA market with the consumers, through the five major technology platforms.

CFU 11F is a product manager team of more than 100 people located on the 11th floor of the FirstUnion Group building. This team, consisting of product managers, focuses on conducting in-depth research on different target markets, starting from the perspective of consumer experience. They combine leading technological solutions to empower products in order to win market and consumer recognition. CFU 11F is committed to sharing the latest and cutting-edge market insights and experiences with the industry.

During the trip to the Las Vegas TPE exhibition, CFU 11F will use the "2025 New Year Special Edition" to reintroduce FirstUnion Group to consumers. We are not just focusing on OEM production of e-cigarettes. We are born to enhance product vaping experiences.

We firmly believe that technology is the key driving force behind core market trends. Based on this belief, CFU 11F has presented five solutions.

In today's American market, technology leads ______?

Our first response is Green & Sustainable.

Although e-cigarettes have a strong disposable nature, consumers tend to lean towards simple decisions and direct results. However, just like Tesla's founder Elon Musk, many environmentalists are also our users. We believe that while our product makes consumers enjoy vaping, we should not forget that protecting the environment is also a development responsibility of a company like us. Green & Sustainable aims to achieve the ultimate experience while being more environmentally friendly through battery-free solution.

Meanwhile, ensuring the hygiene of the mouthpiece during the enjoyment of vaporization is also part of sustainable development. CFU has introduced an ultraviolet sterilizer to address hygiene concerns.

In today's American market, technology leads _____?

Our second response comes from the Adaptive Technology Platform.

The Adaptive platform aims to meet people's instinctual needs and desire for control. Just as the saying "the flowers shed tears on time, and the birds startle the heart with hatred" expresses, consumers crave for the world to revolve around themselves and hope that products can accurately fit their needs.

Harnessing this advanced technology platform, consumers can now enjoy a bespoke vaping experience effortlessly, without the need for complex adjustments. The product intelligently adapts the vapor volume and the delivery of active ingredients in real-time, based on the user’s inhalation depth—whether a deep or shallow breath. This ensures that every draw is perfectly calibrated, offering a seamless and personalized vaping journey.

In today's American market, technology leads ______?

The third option we present is the Rhythm & Tastetune.

It’s an advanced solution that deeply understands consumers and their preferences.

Beyond just the vapor volume, Rhythm can also meet your personalized preferences for every taste - sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy.

Rhythm's multi-tank technology transcends the conventional boundaries of temperature control, cooling, and nicotine adjustment. It is engineered to deliver a meticulously tailored flavor experience that aligns with your mood and preferences. Whether you crave an intense burst of watermelon flavor on a particularly uplifting day or a rhythmic pulsation of mango notes that evolves with each second, Rhythm's technology orchestrates these sensory journeys with precision and elegance.

Rhythm's technology is so refined that the flavor can change every second, making each experience unique. That is why it can be called Rhythm & Taste tune.

In today's American market, technology leads _____?

Our fourth solution is Performance & Power. Let's dream big!

We have integrated various technological solutions, all catering to the consumers' admiration and desire for 'big.' The most immediate and apparent experience that consumers pay for is 'big'—big puffs, big vapor, and even the large size of our products. These distinctive products are both affordable and create social conversation topics for consumers.

In today's American market, technology leads _____?

The last answer we give in is clear tank.

In the current market, leakage has always been a pain point for products in this category. However, the technology solution introduced by CFU has successfully overcome this challenge, ensuring that the product can achieve 0 leakage throughout the entire product lifecycle, bringing consumers a worry-free user experience.

In the US market, products with clear tank best reflect consumers' pursuit of "simple choices, ultimate experiences". The clear visibility of the large liquid capacity allows consumers to know exactly what they are buying. This technology has been simultaneously applied across multiple CFU product platforms, including large-puff disposables, large-puff pod-systems, and nasal vapes, fully meeting the needs of different consumers and showcasing CFU's strong capabilities in technological innovation and product optimization.

2Firsts Data | China’s Vape Exports Rise 3.1% in H1 2026 as 6-Methyl Nicotine-Related Products Surge 65.2%
China’s vape exports showed resilience in the first half of 2026 after a short-term shock from China’s export rebate adjustment. But customs data points to more than a simple recovery: the structure of growth is changing. Vaping devices and atomization hardware emerged as the strongest growth driver, while nicotine-containing vaping products remained broadly stable. Meanwhile, nicotine substitute-related products represented by 6-methyl nicotine expanded rapidly, becoming a new category to watch for both industry and regulators. After the U.S. market went through a cycle of shortages, replenishment and inventory rebuilding in 2025, China’s vape supply chain is entering a new phase of reallocation.

From Border-Logistics Insiders to Retail Service Stations, Australia Mounts a Sweeping Crackdown on the Illicit Nicotine Trade as iGET Vapes Surface in A$80 Million Crime Networks
Australian authorities have disclosed two major enforcement actions that go beyond product seizures and retail closures to examine how illicit tobacco and vape networks operate. On Aug. 14, the Multi Agency Strike Team said seven people had been charged and two criminal networks were valued by authorities at a combined A$80 million, or about US$56.8 million. Investigators allege the groups used bonded warehouses, freight businesses and “trusted insiders” in legitimate industries to circumvent border controls. In a separate operation on Aug. 11, more than 100 service stations were targeted as authorities sought information on illicit tobacco importation, distribution networks and the movement of sales proceeds.

WIRED Investigation: Chinese-Made Vapes Turn to 6-Methyl-Nicotine and Other Analogs, Challenging U.S. Regulation
U.S. technology and investigative publication WIRED has examined how nicotine analogs are emerging as a new challenge for the country’s vape regulatory framework. The article argues that after the U.S. expanded federal oversight of nicotine products in 2022, some manufacturers began using nicotine-like compounds such as 6-methyl-nicotine that may fall outside existing definitions. Researchers cited by WIRED said some nicotine analogs could be more potent than traditional nicotine, although human health impacts remain unclear. U.S. policymakers are considering broader definitions of nicotine to bring these compounds under federal oversight.

China’s Zhengzhou Tobacco Research Institute develops end-to-end heated tobacco analysis to trace aerosol compound origins
The Zhengzhou Tobacco Research Institute of China National Tobacco Corporation has filed a patent application for an end-to-end method to analyze the migration and transformation of chemical compounds in heated tobacco products. Using GC-Orbitrap/MS non-targeted analysis, the method compares tobacco substrate and aerosol samples to distinguish compounds transferred directly from the substrate from those newly formed during heating, while also calculating transfer rates. In an example involving nine heated tobacco products, the patent identified 17 newly formed thermal decomposition compounds and 38 transferred compounds.
