According to a search on the official website of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), 2FIRSTS has learned that the trademark "RIA" was registered by ONEVATION TECH CO., LIMITED (also known as Yi Teng Technology Limited) in November 2024 in the United States. The company is based in Hong Kong, China.

Furthermore, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) database shows that ONEVATION TECH CO., LIMITED (also known as 一騰科技有限公司) registered the "POPVIBE" brand e-cigarette in the UK region in June 2024.
