China's E-cigarette Export to Ireland, September 2023
China's e-cigarette exports to Ireland in September 2023 reached $6.88 million, with a significant YoY growth of 13.30%.

According to the latest trade data released by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, 2FIRSTS has compiled the e-cigarette export data from China to Ireland in September 2023, as follows:

Exports amounted to approximately $6.88 million, representing a sequential growth of 75.29% and a year-on-year increase of 13.30%.

The export volume reached approximately 193 tons, showing a month-on-month increase of 88.20% and a year-on-year increase of 70.86%.

The export unit price declined by 6.86% compared to the previous period and dropped by 33.69% year-on-year, reaching $35.58 per kilogram. The average price of "e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporizers" stood at $7.95 per unit.

Among them, "e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporizers" account for 4.82% of the export category, while "products that do not contain tobacco or reconstituted tobacco but contain nicotine and are not consumed by combustion" account for 95.18%.

According to data predicted by Statista, the revenue of the e-cigarette market in Ireland is projected to reach $118 million by 2023. It is estimated to experience a compound annual growth rate of 3.61% from 2023 to 2028. On a per capita basis, the average e-cigarette consumption in Ireland is expected to be $26.9 in 2023. The popularity of e-cigarettes in Ireland is increasing year by year, with a growing number of consumers adopting their usage.
