Florida Governor Signs Bill to Establish Registry of Banned Vape Products
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed 28 bills last Friday, including one regulating e-cigarette products, targeting disposable e-cigarettes.

According to CBS News on April 26, Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida signed 28 bills last Friday, including one related to regulating the management of e-cigarette products.

 

On Friday, Governor DeSantis signed a bill (HB 1007) targeting e-cigarette products for children, crafted by Attorney General Ashley Moody. The legislation primarily focuses on disposable e-cigarettes and allows Moody's office to establish a registry of banned products after an administrative process.

Chill Brands Group has partnered with ELF Nicotine Pouches, appointing as its master distributor in the UK. Products will be distributed through the Chill Connect channel. All items are manufactured by Shenzhen iMiracle Technology, which also produces ELFBAR and Lost Mary e-cigarettes.
