FUME x Nicky Jam 15K: Collaborative E-Cigarette Innovation

E-cigarette brand FUME teams up with Nicky Jam to launch FUME x Nicky Jam 15K e-cigarette, part of a celebrity collaboration trend.

Recently, two leading e-cigarette brands, FUME, launched a new FUME x Nicky Jam 15K e-cigarette in collaboration with American singer Nicky Jam.

 

Collaborating with celebrities is one of the ways for e-cigarette brands to quickly gain popularity for their products. Previously, GEEKVAPE partnered with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) football club to release a co-branded e-cigarette; in addition, e-cigarette brand LBS collaborated with famous American rapper Snoop Dogg, and VIKA teamed up with MMA boxer ATTILA VÉGH for a co-branded product.

Specifically, the main features of the FUME x Nicky Jam 15K include: 
* Puff count: 15000 puffs 
* Capacity: 16ml pre-filled e-liquid cartridge 
* Nicotine content: 50mg 
* Battery capacity: 700mAh 
* Charging: USB Type-C support 
* Features: QR JOY mesh coil/screen displaying battery level/19 flavors 
* Price: around $25.99

 

During an interview with the e-cigarette brand Fume at 2Firsts last year, Fume staff members claimed that Florida is their best-selling state in the United States and that Fume is the top e-cigarette brand in Florida. UK Directors Banned After 352,688 Vapes Imported From China Were Misdeclared as Medical Nebulizers in £15 Million Tax Case
The UK Insolvency Service said YSK Enterprises imported large quantities of vapes from China in 2023, with a shipment addressed to the company declared as medical nebulizers before Border Force found 352,688 vaping products. HMRC calculated nearly £15 million ($20.3 million) in unpaid VAT and customs duty, alongside about £437,000 in corporation tax. Two directors were disqualified for nine years. The case predates the UK's Vaping Products Duty, which will introduce vape-specific excise and duty-stamp requirements from October 2026.

The UK Reform Party has proposed limiting the number of dedicated vape shops in the country to around 1,000 as part of a plan to tighten oversight of vape retail channels. The proposal was put forward by Reform UK deputy leader and MP Lee Anderson. The plan remains a political proposal and has not become UK government policy, with no detailed legislation, implementation timeline or allocation rules announced.

CCPIT Says Trade Friction Index for China-Related Electronics Sector Remains High, With Vape Products Among Areas of Focus
China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) held its July regular press conference on July 31, 2026, releasing the May 2026 Global Economic and Trade Friction Index. CCPIT spokesperson Yang Fan said the global trade friction index stood at 95 in May, remaining at a medium-to-high level. By industry, the electronics sector recorded the highest trade friction index among 13 monitored industries. In China-related trade frictions, the index stood at 93, with electronics products including drones, chips and vape products among areas where friction remained elevated.

Philip Morris International (PMI) has introduced the airport-exclusive limited-edition IQOS ILUMA i PRIME Skylens, the company’s first device created specifically for airport travel retail. Inspired by the world of flight and finished in metallic blue, Skylens debuted at Narita International Airport in Japan before expanding into selected airport duty-free and travel-retail channels across 13 countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. The product retains the existing IQOS ILUMA i PRIME platform, with differentiation centered on airport exclusivity, design and travel-retail execution rather than a new heating architecture.

U.S. Military Could Test Nicotine Pouches and Vapes for Smoking Cessation as Washington Examiner Cites ZYN and Potential $4 Billion Reduction in Related Defense Costs
The House-passed FY2027 National Defense Authorization Act includes a provision authorizing the defense secretary to conduct a one-year smoking-cessation pilot for active-duty service members. Section 707 lists counseling, nicotine gum and patches alongside what the bill calls "electric nicotine delivery systems," nicotine pouches and heat-not-burn products. A recent Washington Examiner op-ed cited ZYN as an example in arguing for the provision, but the legislation does not name any commercial brand or supplier. ZYN is made by PMI-owned Swedish Match USA, with specified products holding FDA marketing authorizations and modified risk orders.
