Man Arrested for Smuggling E-cigarettes in Argentina without Permission
An Argentine man was arrested in Misiones for smuggling 251 e-cigarettes without customs clearance, valued at $26,000.

According to Noticiasdel6, on May 10th, a man in Misiones Province, Argentina was arrested for smuggling an e-cigarette without customs permission.

 

The man transported a total of 251 e-cigarettes of various brands without customs permission. Customs estimated the value of the confiscated e-cigarettes to be approximately 23 million pesos (26,000 US dollars).

 

Currently, the man has been detained and customs have seized the e-cigarettes and other related items.

Kazakhstan’s Financial Monitoring Agency in Pavlodar Region has concluded an investigation into an organised group involved in the illegal sale of vaping products. The group operated through three Telegram-based online shops and used courier delivery services. Authorities seized more than 53,000 items, with a total value exceeding 400 million tenge.
